The Bikini Shaver guarantee states that the customer may return the Bikini Shaver within
Two Years of purchase for repair or for replacement if the shaver should fail to operate
for any reason. Like any shaver or razor, the shaver head cutting blades or blade
screen, which are made of the highest quality stainless steel, may eventually dull and
need a new replacement.The factory guarantee does not cover the normal wear and tear on
the shaver blades or the blade screen which can wear out from use over a period of time
and must be purchased separately if replacement is desired of these separate parts.
The customer should include $5.00 to cover the costs of shipping a new or repaired shaver.
Also, if for any reason, the FREE Trimmer fails to operate properly within 30 days of
purchase it too may be returned for replacement less a small $3.00 return shipping fee.
There is also a 30 day Factory Backed Customer Satisfaction Guarantee that allows the customer to return the shaver, parts and accessories for a Money Back Refund minus the cost of processing, packing, shipping and returning the shaver to the factory. This factory return mailing and administrative processing fee is ten dollars which is deducted from the basic price of the shaver, less shipping costs. As is standard industry business practice, shipping costs in all cases are non-refundable. The processing and factory return fee is required because these exclusive shavers are imported directly from Japan and must be returned to Japan in order to process the refund. It is worthy of note that the Seiko shaver has a 99.9% reliability rate.
Remember to read the instructions before using the bikini shaver,
